Dorris Mbogo

Dorris came to KU Medical Center in December 2020, first serving as Director of Equal Opportunity and Academic Compliance Services, before becoming the Director of the Office of Informal Resolutions & Affirmative Action Compliance serving both the KUMC and the Lawrence and Edwards campuses. She brings prior leadership experience in human resources and employee relations from agencies and organizations in Colorado.

Dorris holds a doctorate in leadership and organizational development from Ashford University, now part of University of Arizona Global Campus, and a bachelor’s and master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology from Argosy University.
